During construction, our dedicated team of supervisors, tradespeople and administration professionals ensure construction of your new home runs smoothly, whilst keeping you up-to-date on your projects development.

FIXED PRICE CONTRACT
You'll be given an absolute fixed price inclusive of site works prior to signing any contracts, assuring budget precision and peace of mind.

GUARANTEED SITE START**
You'll experience the Urbanedge advantage from the outset. At the time of registering with one of our consultants you'll be allocated an agreed site-start month. As long as your land is settled and your finances are in order, construction will commence in the agreed month, giving you the ability to forward plan the transition from your current abode to your new Urbanedge home.

18 WEEK CONSTRUCTION PERIOD***
We limit our regional site starts to five per month to ensure efficient Construction Management and Quality Control. Distributing the workflow enables us to retain superior tradespeople by offering them continuous work. A monitored construction period minimises provisional interest cost: that is, interest on your bank loan accrued throughout construction. If there is a delayed completion, Urbanedge compensates you $260 a week**, as stipulated in our building contract.

AV equipment and pendant light fittings. All facades are included at no additional costs.
External works including landscaping and decking are excluded. Geographical restrictions apply.
