Urbandura - Riding to new heights
We are so excited to be taking part in Urbandura again and joining forces with the Father Bob Maguire Foundation (FBMF) to feed people in need in and around Melbourne.
This year, 11 UrbanDura Boys are taking the fundraiser ride to new heights with the UrbanDura Alpine Challenge.
The proposed course is set to start in Omeo on Thursday, 9 April and finish in Melbourne on Saturday, 11 April. This three day event will cover 435km of uphills and downhills.
The goal this year is to aim higher – both physically and charitably. With a successful Urbandura in 2013 raising over $27K, this year the aim is to raise over $30K for a great cause.
With the motive to support those in need, the FBMF feed more than 2000 people a month with nutritious food across four locations and have street workers who offer their services most nights, assisting them to get off the streets and into safe accommodation.
So support the Urbandura boys and follow their journey or make a donation to help those that are less fortunate.
